amanda: i am amanda del castillo , abc7 news. liz: two people are dead after a helicopter crashed yesterday as the area was limited with fog. the crash happened on a back country ridge. this happened in the golden gate national recreation center. there were no survivors. investigators have identified the victims but are not releasing the names. abc 7 reporter ryan curry explains investigators will be trying out what is going wrong. ryan: up on a hillside in the middle of dense fog is where a single engine plane crashed friday afternoon. two people on board died and an emergency beacon was activated. search and rescue crews from the national park and sheriff's office strapped on gear and headed up the hill to investigate. only for small periods of the day were we able to see the crash as the fog was thick. >> there is hardly a day that goes by or a week that goes by we do not find some fog, either on the coast or inland. coast o. ryan: carl spent over 40 years flying. he said it is rare to see crashes like this happen. that is why
