well, julie, i just got off the phone with chp and i do have some new details. the officer i spoke with told me that the chp first responded around 8 20 this evening to reports of a collision on the seminary on ramp. that's a long 5 80 eastbound, and when they arrived, they found a car overturned and the occupants of the vehicle with gunshot wounds . the victims were in a black nissan sedan. first responders were seen trudging down the embankment to get to those victims. and they were carried up on stretchers and taken away in an ambulance. a cellphone and license plate were also recovered at the scene at this time, we don't know what led to the shooting. chp and oakland police department are trying to determine where this all started. so right now the freeway is back open, but the off ramp at seminary avenue is closed. there's still heavy police presence on scene and at this time we don't have an update on the condition of the victims reporting live in oakland. i'm elissa harrington ktvu fox two news, alyssa just to confirm how many people were in the car that
