i'm mike mibach julie julie haener. the supreme court is poised to overturn the landmark ruling that legalized abortion nationwide. this is according to what politico says. it's a draft majority opinion. that report has sparked a huge outcry tonight from abortion rights advocates within hours of the breaking news protesters, both in support of and against the draft opinion gathered outside the supreme court in washington, d. c. holding signs and chanting and a small group of abortion rights advocates started gathering in front of the federal building in oakland just about an hour ago. that's where interviews. jana katsuyama joins us live with our coverage on this breaking news, janna. free mike and julie. that group has grown a little bit and they are still here outside the federal building. many of them say that they were not surprised by this draft document from the supreme court that was leaked, but they say that they are ready to fight all the way to try and see that abortion rights are preserved in california. the

julie. janet. thank you. a ballot measure to tax large companies in oakland will go before voters in the november election. the oakland city council has approved the progressive business tax measure that would make larger companies pay more in taxes. right now, all companies pay a flat tax rate. supporters of this new measures say it would generate nearly $22 million a year for the city of oakland. union workers at chevron's oil refinery in richmond have reached a tentative agreement with the company after a month long strike. this agreement will now go to a membership vote, with results expected on tuesday. if the agreement is ratified, employees still on strike will return to work over the upcoming weeks. the employees went on strike back in march, alleging chevron was offering and inadequate increase in wages to address increased medical costs. it's been one year since the deadliest mass shooting in bay area history. how city leaders and families of the victims remember the tragedy today. going forward is.

i'm mike mibach julie julie haener that fire broke out at about 3 30 this morning at anchor pantry on marine street in valais ho. the owner says she opened the store just 13 months ago. ktvu is amber lee joins us now live in the studio with the new details. amber julie, the owner tells me the gourmet food store is her livelihood and her passion. it's a fairly new business she shared with me. surveillance video of the suspect and the arson. disbelief and just couldn't believe that someone would just do this for no good reason. jessica brooks says that 3 10 tuesday morning her phone alerted her that something was happening at her gourmet food store anchor pantry in downtown vallejo. initially all she saw was hazed and thought her surveillance cameras weren't working. she rushed to the store to find it in golfed, totally shocked. really stunned surveillance video shows the suspect around the store for up to an hour before he set the fire at the front of the business. that's really just terrible. i mean that someone would take someone else's livelihood in their hands. so you know, destruc
