[indiscernible] kristen: why do you suppose the first successful effort was here in santa cruz? are there any particular center of this effort -- particulars that drove the effort? joe: i am a uc santa cruz student. we are organizing because we know the value of labor. at most stores, students led the effort and will continue leading the effort to organize starbucks acr
