thank you, chair preston, supervisors peskin and mandelman. i'm the bond management with the mayor's office of housing and community development. i'm here to present on items number 11, 13, and 14, for three affordable housing projects that are up for funding in the current round. in the event that we receive an allocation from the california debt limit allocation committee, the projects are applying for funding august 9, and this resolution gives us the authority to issue these bonds if we receive awards at the allocation awards meeting november 30. and then, if we are successful at that meeting in receive allocation, we would return to the board in early 2023 for issuance resolutions for these projects. the various projects will come before the board for their gap fundings, as well and ground funding in applicable cases. the first of the three projects is 730 stanyan street, a 130-unit mixed family use project, located on stanyan street. the project is being developed by tenderloin development corporation and chinatown community development
