hi, david. >> hi, martha. the last hour or so, fox news has reviewed this warrant and property list. it's like a receipt based on what the fbi took from mar-a-largo. we're waiting for this warrant to drop on the court's page meaning the judge has agreed to it. judge bruce rinehart. i want to get to the meat of what was taken from mar-a-largo. we're told four sets of top secret documents, three sets of secret documents, three sets of confidential documents, an executive grant issued to roger stone and an unspecified binders and photos. we're told a leather bound box of documents. also we're told, martha, in the 20 boxes, according to this search warrant that was reviewed, the locations to be searched include the 45 office, all storage rooms and all other areas within the premise used or available to be used by the former president and his staff in which documents could be stored. so this is what we're getting from the actual search warrant. as bret baier said in the last hour, we want so see what's in the affid

so, that is where we are, martha. >> martha: still going through this letter an interesting page in here as well. david, thank you very much. bret baier, anchor of "the special report," great to have you with us as we all continue to look at the documents. some of it readable, but a bit of it actually blacked out. what is your impression of what we are seeing here? >> think a lot of what we have seen blacked out is obviously the meat of how they get to this raid. as we feared a lot of what we are seeing is not going to paint the picture of why they went in. i think there are a number of questions that come from the new documents. one is, when was this grand jury impaneled? it seems like it was impaneled long before the lead up to this raid. which means this element of the investigation that goes beyond just these documents and perhaps it goes to other things like january 6 and perhaps other things. what we are seeing here in these documents are basically the outlines of what we assumed that there was concern after the first 15 boxes of what they saw with classified materials in those box

so as many of you know, if you are george and martha washington fans, you know that martha washington burned -- all of the correspondence between her and george and there's two surviving letters. but elizabeth happen to find a bundle of letters in this desk. so she finds this bundle of letters that is from martha to george. and it's all wrapped up in washington's handwriting and she writes to washington, and this is very much there funniest exchange. she says that she's found a bundle of love letters from a woman written in the most solemn sanction, and she teases him, and she doesn't open them, but she wants him to know that she has them. she very quickly goes, i'm just kidding, there from martha. so it's a very cute little exchange. that's the same letter where she was very poignant about losing the desk. but then, washington writes back. so after he got to mount vernon is when he got the letter from her. so he ends up writing her back, and he writes to her, as he promised, he writes her a detailed description of his trip back to mount vernon. he very much wanted to know how he was

martha raddatz joins us now from washington. and martha, it turns out zawahiri wasn't in a cave in the mountains when he was killed, he was right in the center of kabul. >> reporter: he was in the center of one of kabul's wealthiest neighborhoods. he was standing on the balcony of the house when he was hit by two hellfire missiles from a cia drone. it was the first strike in afghanistan since we pulled out u.s. forces last year, when the taliban took over. the taliban senior commanders knew he was there, that may have emboldened zawahiri, and in the end, cost him his life. in t there were no civilian casualties, linsey. >> how much does this diminishal qaeda, martha? >> reporter: well, the u.s. says they will continue to watch al qaeda and any splinter groups that form. they of course watch isis, as well. but this is definitely a blow to that organization after nearly 21 years, they tracked him down. >> martha, thank you. >>> president biden calling the operation a success. the white house had said after withdrawing from afghani

i do agree with andrew cuomo, martha, when he sent that tweet about whatever it is it must be. i can't just applied to presidential records. i thought about that, then andrew mccarthy running for national review of file the piece two hours ago and he said this all has to do with january 6th. that's his working theory at the moment. why would that be? bill barr did an interview with catherine herridge on friday and "cbs news" bit if you go back and watch it a lot of her questions were directed around january 6. i'm sort of paraphrasing here, there are subpoenas that have been handed out for grand jury investigation, into what i do not know. but pat cipollone the former attorney for the president at the time of january 6th is one of those who was subpoenaed. what bill barr was talking about was that ultimately he and trump would have executive privilege. he wasn't quite sure how the courts would come down on that. maybe that's an issue that would go to the u.s. supreme court. ultimately. but he asked them if the president committed a crime and he said it's hard to say commute rea

trey: martha, you are a huge football fan. football coaches say you make the most improvement from week one to week two, running for u.s. senate is a tough first game for folks who have never run for office before. are there any stumbles that caught your attention it is a high wire act. is there anything you noticed that you know, maybe that candidate could have used more practice. >> a lot of these people are coming in senate is a big time, this is a statewide election, not like a congressional district. when you run in a congressional district for a house seat you have a good sense of who your voters are in the area and swings that happen in changes and districts, senate race you have to win over the more rural vote and rural parts of the state, it is a high stakes game. we'll be watching it through november 8 with you along our side. trey: there a lot to watch, we'll count on you and watch you to help us understand it between now and november 8. >> thank you. trey: thank you so much for joining us. >> always a pleasure, tre
