the ntsb released its preliminary report of last month's deadly plane crash in watsonville. a part of the report published thursday afternoon shows the 2 planes at the point of impact. well, a witness says he observed that when engine cessna 3.40 and the sesno one, 50 twos tail when the 3.40, bank dry and struck the cessna one. 52 with its wing. well, the cessna one. 52 with one person on board crashed short of the runway. the cessna 3.40, at 2 people on board. it spiraled and crashed into a hangar. a complete report with the final cause of that crash is expected in about a year. well in the east bay of several people who were hurt during a shooting that happened in oakland. that shooting happened last night shortly after 6 on international boulevard near 42nd avenue. police say multiple people were shot and a pedestrian was hit by a car. officers say multiple people there. they're still looking into those injuries. all of the victims were taken to the hospital and they are listed in stable condition. no word on how that shooting happened. a motive or suspects. >> well, on t
