so while the supreme court of appeal is the highest in the land, it does appear as if the former president does have $30.00 to $60.00 days to approach the constitutional court to say that his rights were infringed while on medical parole. because while he was out of prison while he was at home, he did have to abide by certain restrictions put in place by correctional services . so he didn't enjoy all the rights that a free person in this country would enjoy essentially. so this is one of the questions at hand at the moment is whether or not he will go to the constitutional court. and also what wasn't clear in the judgement by the supreme court of appeal was a timeline. they didn't give a timeline around when he should report to correctional services and how long he would have to stay in prison once he returns. they have said that it is up to the commissioner, a new commission at this point of a correctional services. if his time on medical parole will count. so again, for the former president who has managed to evade, i suppose time in prison. and he is facing a number of issues, legal iss
