This video documents Officer Konstantindis of the NYPD using excessive force and scare tactics to intimidate OWS protesters. My friend, Rachel McMurray, was detained by police for drawing a sun on the sidewalk with chalk. Then, two photographers who took pictures of the event were detained. This police action resulted in a near-riot, with the crowd chanting phrases like "Shame", "Let Them Go" and "This is what a Police State looks like". I shot this footage on Monday October 10, 2011. Rachel McMurray was eventually given a summons to court for "damage to sidewalks", I'm not sure what became of the two photographerscc
