Occupy Wall Street, (in italiano occupiamo Wall Street) un movimento di contestazione pacifica, nato per denunciare gli abusi del capitalismo finanziario, che si concretizzato in una serie di dimostrazioni nella citt di New York presso Zuccotti Park. I partecipanti alla dimostrazione manifestano principalmente contro l'inequit economica e sociale sviluppatasi a seguito della crisi economica mondiale, ispirandosi alle Proteste nel Nordafrica e Medio Oriente del 2010-2011, in particolare alle proteste tunisine. Dimostrazioni simili si sono svolte in altre 70 citt degli Stati Uniti e di seguito anche in Canada, Australia, Regno Unito a Londra ed in Italia.
