Hey guys, I'm heading out to San Fran for a conference but I'll be catching a show at Terrapin Crossroads on the 19th. I'll be stationed downtown San Fran at the Hilton Union Square.

So I'm just wondering if anyone (presumably people who live in the area) has any suggestions on how to make my way out there other than a very expensive cab ride. I'll be going by myself. Also, if anyone wants to link up and show this dead head around the town. Hit me up.

Thanks,
WD

Fantastic! Have fun!

I believe there may be yacht parking. Just in case you'd rather get there that way.

Indeed. It's second on the FAQ page:
"2. Can I tie up my boat to the dock and come in for food & drinks?
Yes, you’re always welcome to sail up to the restaurant. Please give us a call, though, ahead of time, so that we can be sure there is room enough for your boat."

which is remarkably similar to a quote from a little known 1968 Rolling Stone article when Phil was discussing his lifetime ambitions.

In that same '68 article he mentioned the 'Total Immersion' plan, where for 1K he'll agree to do a Stop and Chat.
