This one failed with Chrome-Browser:

https://web.archive.org/web/20090617200221/http://www.gugalyrics.com/REINHARD-MEY-DADDY-BLUE-LYRICS/333761/

and works fine with FF.

Meantime I restarted, and so the URL works in Chrome too.

Normaly I get the bug after fixing 15+ URLs, but never when I start fixing URLs. When I get the Bug with one URL, all following URLs will fail with Chrome.
Normaly I open a lot of tabs in short time, starting point is https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/WP:WLWTA (view history)

This doesn't directly fix the issue, but would it work if you disable cookies in Chrome? When I went to that URL in FF, it worked fine. Also, I'm happy to see that the German Wikipedia is actively fixing its dead links. Are you doing that all by hand or (partially) with a bot? (The history looks bot-like.) More off-topic: are links added to Wikimedia wikis automatically archived by the Wayback Machine and/or WebCite and/or any other archiving site? https://archive.org/details/wikipediaoutlinks seems dead and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:WebCiteBOT is enwiki-only.
