"She Should Have Stayed" 's ending shows "copyright 1963 Cinema Syndicate, Inc." and, superimposed on the opening footage "Something Weird Video Special Edition (c) 1994" (the only "special" thing I can find is the SWV ghost-logo in the film's bottom corner.
"Crazy" has a generic SWV leader (which I can trim) but has no copyright info at either end.
Okay to upload these, or not? Thanks.

"She Should Have"...released in '63, it need to be registered. It wasn't so that makes it pd. I agree that the logo probably is the only "special". Searching 'Something Weird Video' at USCO yields three entries, see link below, none of which have to do with "She Should Have"...
http://cocatalog.loc.gov/cgi-bin/Pwebrecon.cgi?Search_Arg=something+weird+video&Search_Code=NALL&PID=fm9Lq_HUVtPzY8oI-zrpR1qj-M7Lb&SEQ=20150822084355&CNT=25&HIST=1
A search of USCO using "She Should Have Stayed in Bed" comes up empty.
Registration is not required for legal actions, so if they in fact did something creative, there could be problems.
When you have some time to kill check out the following,
http://chart.copyrightdata.com/OnePageGuide.html
lot of good info there.
