I have a copy of this long-thought-lost film; it was restored in 2015 from a dupe neg of the 1920 French serialized version, and has English-language intertitles and a musical soundtrack. Certain scenes were tinted blue or orange, in accordance with instructions accompanying the original neg.

Okay to upload?

Since it was restored, a painstaking process, it seems unlikely that a new copyright was not obtained. Restored movies, in my experience, are always copyrighted. A thorough search at Copyright.gov will reveal the copyright.
