I enjoy browsing the collections of publications scanned from microfilm, for personal and professional use. However, I notice quite of few of them seem to have no accessible content - for example a collection that appears to be intended for issues of Chatelaine magazine published between 1974 and 2006 (https://archive.org/details/pub_chatelaine) or one that appears to be for Building magazine (https://archive.org/details/pub_building-ca). Are these collections intended to be placeholders until the material is posted, or is there something that is blocking access to this material?
