Hey I have a problem when I upload films it says that"this action has been canceled", what do I do?

Hey there,

At which point in the upload process do you get this error - during the FTP transfer or the processing? Using which operating system and associated browser/FTP prog? More information means happy admins means correct problem diagnosin' :)

When I go here:http://www.archive.org/upload.php?server=movies+uploads.archive.org and try to upload films it says this action has been canceled. Then it keeps reloading but nothing happens?

Hey, Hmm.. I'm guessing that _might_ be a browser-related issue, then. If it's not working (try upgrading to the latest Internet Explorer or Mozilla), then try using FTP - get something like SmartFTP (http://www.smartftp.com) for Windows, ftp to audio-uploads.archive.org with name = your email address and pass = your Archive password, make a directory with the name of the movie, and upload the movie into that directory.
