Apparently it resides in the National Archives.
Short clips of the Tacoma bridge collapse are available online.

leecherzs link on the Zapruder film mentions the "Image of an Assassination: A New Look at the Zapruder Film" which is available on dvd. Check IMDB:
http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0165324/It is a fascinating documentary on the restoration of the Zapruder film, shows for the first time the cropped part of the image between sprocket holes, and includes several slow motion, and image stabilized playbacks.
