TTs back in town?

you are one of the fringe badboys of "2" and smiles, the names that should not be spoken but i spoke them because you are a fun loving shit-stirrer, but funny too.... and tough

the Haymaker's used the dead vids to get people onto their page. unfortunately that is all they did, because their music is really atrocious. they sound totally amateur. and by that i do not mean they never made money at music. just that they are of such an embarrassingly low skill- level to be in any way touting themselves as worthy of attention. it is like beginner, teenage garage activity.... bleep, blorp......skjkgdkjgfkjsdglgfjg..... sjsj, sget it skljlfhkjgscolded unknown waoioiorttlkjlkjwill not rjoin, will not rejoin, will not rejoin, will not rejoin, will not rejoin.....

Not that I have all the answers, but my understanding is that there are four posters represented: Smil2es (largely departed for Hook, I think), Tito (aka all the sports names and a few other handles), Noise Collector & TTGuy (the latter two may be the same person or two sides of the same coin or yin and yang...they both like to say things like "I farted" which could mean they are one in the same or just have similar tastes [likewise they disdain my long winded "smoking jacket" prose, spam, Middle East commentary, etc., etc., though I should point out we seem to get along just fine]).

As I say, I could be all wet on this analysis. In the end, it seems we all get along these days as the forum appears to be functional of late so I don't think it much matters who's who...

And if they WERE any good, why would they need the incessant posting? Talent and quality will always gain a good following without being having to be forced down ones throat. I think it fair to say that just about all of us have sampled the band and we should now be allowed to post our opinions with out being called "bashers" or "un-kewl". Just cause we dont like them doesn't make us bad people...just honest. And just as quickly as we share our negative thoughts on the band, if we did like them we would be equally speedy at posting positive feedback. Sorry, but if our negative comments upset you, then perhaps it is time to move on to new territory.

Does my myopic obsession with one band finally pay off?

I must admit I have never sampled the group under discussion...my purity of essence remains untainted, I like to think. My lack of exposure allows me the freedom to follow my dream without fear of loosing any of my ever dwindling spare time to any newcomers that would only represent a slight departure--wasted effort--and for that I will gladly suffer the slings and arrows of those that insist I broaden my horizons.

If I ain't got all that is precious, bodily fluids or otherwise, what's the point? Do they insist that I partake of the floride experiment? Do they require that I bow and accept that this new fangled music would fill the cavity of my (in their view) souless being forever stalled in past musical endeavors?

I think not. I remain unmoved, and thus, some would claim, "kewl."

"Nineteen hundred and forty-six. Nineteen forty-six, Mandrake. How does that coincide with your post-war Commie conspiracy, huh? It's incredibly obvious, isn't it? A foreign substance is introduced into our precious bodily fluids without the knowledge of the individual. Certainly without any choice. That's the way your hard-core Commie works."

Can you believe I mis-spelled that? Why can't I get a frickin' spell checker to work on forum posts?

What a dumbass...I need to watch it again and get it right.

Actually, the original burnt red one is really burnt after I actually tried to smoke while posting, so I usually just post in my "smoking jacket bottoms" which consist of faded boxers with see thru cheek patches and other imperfections too disturbing to reveal...
