Many Many thanks to whoever steered me to this show. ( that you cliff?)

06. A Voice From On High [3:02.63]
07. Cold Jordan [2:30.62]
08. Swing Low Sweet Chariot [3:10.55]

This was my favorite 8 minutes and 45 seconds of all time. Please tell me there are more gospel treasures like this somewhere.

I really love the Mariachi styled El Paso from that performance!

A couple of other wooden sets with some Gospel treasures are...

Have you ever heard Silver Threads?

I loved the El Paso too, Thanks for the tips on shows. I heard a Silver Threads where you hear Bob ask "How About Silver Threads and Golden Needles" and Jerry Asks "You Know That one?" Bob Answers Yeah. And Jerry asks All the way through? Loved that exchange. Shows they would try things on stage that they hadn't played together before.

Jerry can also be heard on Bear's Choice respondng to a Weir suggestion with, "You know the words?"

There's also Master's Bouquet from this performance where the gospel stuff is concerned:

That's a really neat show. It's like you're just hanging out in a living room with folks pickin' away. Some serious bluegrass territory there! Tell It To Me is such a surprise. Btw, it's apparently a version or a reworking of the Little Sadie story.
