So what you're saying is the Internet Archive is selling and distributing the content they collected to their 3rd party affiliates?
My property was illegally collected stored and published on this website, after months of back and forth I was assured that my content was not simply "blocked" from view but deleted from the IA servers.
I was then told that my content was "blocked" and "excluded" from any further crawls, but that it was not deleted, when I asked why the IA refused to delete my property I was not given an answer.
Mars what you posted makes perfect sense as to why the IA refuses to delete content.
