Another good point. I believe that one of the secrets of being a truly stand-out "That Guy" is consistency. Find a tag line, or theme, and stick with it. Anticipating the annoyance that is coming can have the same effect as Chinese water torture. Like your "Classic" example and the "Woo-Hoo" guy, I recall a show I attended where a dude seated close to me would scream "Mr. Charlie!!!" during each break between songs. After the first 3 or 4 tunes when it became obvious that this was going to occur for the rest of the night, my brain started to almost focus on this individual to the point of distraction.
