Also The Man from UNCLE. Besides the feature film that started the series, to Trap a Spy which was a series pilot, numerous "films" were made for theaters from two or more episodes with additional footage.
Please Eat the Daisies was a successful made into a tv series and The Lone Ranger (of the TV series) had two at least color films. One of the films trailers is here on IA.

I forgot to mention....
During the run of Our Miss Brooks on TV, there was a feature film in 1956 by MGM including the orignal cast.
Don't forget Batman the movie by 20 Century Fox with its stars Adam West and Burt Ward was going on during its TV run as well.
