When dumping DVDs, MDF files can just renamed to ISO files without any conversion. So if you want to use the ISO as an MDF file you can, just rename it to end with .mdf and extract the MDS file from the MDS+LOG zip folder. And if you don't know what that means you probably don't need to so don't worry.
