I have noticed a lack of 3D print files for Marine Chief Warrant Officer ranks across the internet so I thought I would share what I have created. Let me know if there is anything that needs improving. Each individual part is in its own .stl file. This is done only for scalability purposes. These ranks can be made smaller or bigger depending on what you want. You will have to glue the red bars onto the whole bars.

Here's the STL for the zyn lid and base. Fair warning, the gunmetal edges in the cap were difficult to print with my PLA. I only tried once and they needed a good bit of sanding. This may be prevented with a finer resolution nozzle, but I'm no expert. Either way, it'll still turn heads. I also added a USMC crest engraved lid I made for a friend that I might as well put out there for more people if you can relate in any way. He mentioned he printed a gasket out of TPU that made it safe...

This token measure's 2.200in round and .200in thick. On this token I set up cura with 5 layer stops for the different colors, the last color I painted (yellow). Took about 1 1/2 hours at .1 layer height with 10% infill. Hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it.

I use Cura Slicer and I kept getting a not manifold error so this is a remix that you can use directly into Cura for printing. Tip: The default support settings in Cura are a nightmare to remove, suggest using a support density of 7% and "use conical support" in Experimental tab. Model is painted with Rustoleum paint+primer for plastics in matte black and dry brushed with Deco Art Extreme Sheen acrylic paint in Antique Bronze.

Fancied a Ka-Bar for my airsoft loadout, but all I could find here were M9 bayonets. Design was found on the net and I'm not the author. I did however add a tang and hollowed the handle to match for sturdier construction. Given that this was my first attempt at printing TPU- Im quite pleased.
