this is the Darth Vader Lego head with a 5mm hole. I added a slight bevel on either side of the hole. created this in Tinkercad. I wanted some Vader paracord beads for a get back whip I am making for my bike. I made 1 cm and 2 cm sizes.

It's a mashup between great models and some battle against my lack of knowledge on how to 3D Model. Just added here the parts/pieces I changed form the actual model (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3855235) to give a Vaderish look to the figure. The helmet back is intentionally not like Vaders, as Ironman does have some interesting details in as well. I hope you all enjoy it! I used 5% density supports, which eased a lot with the lightsaber/arm printing.

Simple remix, some co-workers kept asking me to make a smaller version with a loop that they could put on their keychain. I downsized the original and added a loop on the helmet. I successfully printed on Ender5 with raft and supports at .2 with 20% infill

Just got my 3d printer a couple weeks ago and this is my first attempt at making/remixing anything, so be gentle :) I wanted the complete Darth Vader bust as 1 unit so I just shoved a wedge in his head and made it happen. Remix to hold a piece of 1.75mm filament as the lightsaber. The original piece was very big to be considered a "mini". This height of my model is 7cm. I advice not to shrink it further down (or enlarge it a lot) if you want to use the filament as the lightsaber. Note: The red filament lightsaber is not printed. ;) Edit 3-8-2019: Fixed a few errors and little flaws with Meshmixer

I will not lie - the supports can be a pain due to the small size and the threads - only need supports from the buildplate for the screw in end of the top. I used tree supports and after removing what I could I just screwed it together a few times and it worked perfectly. I added a screw adapter to make it very steady without having to glue the two pieces together. I made the threads small so if you needed a bit more height you only would need to screw it in so far and would not need to redo...

What is more menacing than vaderpus? vaderpus with lightsabers. I haven't printed this out, but it should print just fine. 20% infill. I don't believe supports are necessary. ver. 2.2 i redid the hands so there is more touching the buildplate. i also made the lightsabers vertical. and opened his head cavity up to reduce filament usage. still don't think you'll need supports.
