Topic: cooler
Cooler hails from Louisville KY and was formed in 1998. Loud, melodic, guitar driven pop rock is the order of the day. Influenced by the sweet pop rock of the 70's, as well as the hook laden synth pop of the early 80's, the band relies on heartache, sarcasm, and a tongue and cheek despondency to ease the pain of love....or life, gone sour. Combine this with a salacious attitude, sardonic humor, and a deafening roar, the result is some of the most deliriously busted up arena ready love songs...

WHY USE TWO FANS WHEN ONE WILL DO??!!! This part uses a 5010 blower to cool the Nema 14 direct drive stepper motor AND your parts as they are printed. Just take a look at those pics. RAAAAWWWRR! ... yeah it's probably overkill but it works pretty well in both capacities and it makes TPGE look BEAST. Like an alien BEAST. An alien-hybrid-BEAST with laser eyes. yeah... I had to section up the ducts into several parts to make printing easier. It may be a little difficult to see the smaller duct in...

I don't expect this to be a popular model but it is a practical item. This is the retainer clip used on Fords transmission cooler lines. They tend to break when removing, and Ford tends to not stock them. I designed this clip to actually be stronger then the OEM one's. It worked like a charm on my 2010 Edge.

Latch on cooler broke so I made a new one. Printed with Taz 5 with FlexyDually printhead, Uses 1 meter of NinjaFlex and 4 Meters of ABS. "Everywhere support" setting required. Takes about 3.5 hours to print. I overlapped the NinjaFlex and ABS models about 1mm which fuses them together for a strong binding. I found it necessary to pause at layer 14 to extrude the second head that has the NinjaFlex in preparation for quality fexible print. Ooze shield also necessary. If using Cura be...

I wanted a 5015 based USB battery pack powered barrel cooler that would work for most calibers... I used a chopped down 308 case affixed to the PETG end that works ok for 223, 300blk, 308, 6.5, and 300 winmag. "Normal frame" sporting rifle ejection ports might be a little tight but it will squeeze in there. Bolt and large frame fit just fine. I bought the 4 pack of USB 5015 blowers off amazon and they fit OK. I think it is 3/8"ID 1/2"OD leftover vinyl tubing that I used....

This is a replacement for Fujitsu server part V26989-b886-v20. It is a CPU shroud around the cooler that also holds the FAN. I made it for 80mm fan. The factory if 70mm. A lot of these older servers were built for low power CPU's and a CPU fan was not needed. Since today these can be replaced for top of the line Xeons for $50 or less, we need to special order the cooler shrouds - which may or may not be possible. So I uploaded a replacement part. I printed it using ABS, but PETG is good too....

This is a cooler for delta printers. I designed this type of cooler since I thought most coolers where hard to fit to my own printer plus in most cases, they made it impossible to add other accessories such as auto calibration probes, etc. This cooler consists of 3 parts. First the effector extender which is basically a ring that enables the user to add as many accessories as needed. Second, we have the adjusters. These were designes to regulate the height of the cooler, to fit any printer as...

Vacuum cooler 80mm fan for Notebook ======= I had problems with sudden shutdowns due to overheating when using my notebook. Cleaning the air exit and normal cooler pads wouldn't help so I designed a vacuum cooler. ###The shutdowns were solved, even during high duty. - To keep your notebook **cooler** when playing games ou high usage. - Insert a 80mm fan blowing **outwards** in the square part of the print. I'm using a 12V fan. - Fit the small opening of the print at the air exit of your...

Great design but I wanted a few modifications. - I thinned the section where the mounting screw goes, so I could use the original screws and still have thread engagement similar to the original hinge. - I made a new bottom-side hinge by extending the length of the hinge. I found the original length was pivoting at the mounting bolts when it was holding the lid open. A longer length seemed to stabilize it. - I reshaped it slightly since I was already editing the model. As the photo shows, I...

Version 1.0: I had to design a more uniform filament cooler duct for the nozzle tip. This is designed to be mounted with two m3 screws that can be installed through the existing lower holes for the extruder cooling fan. Nuts are not required but can be used if you strip the plastic following the print. Flow simulation was also performed to ensure that uniform air flow was distributed around the nozzle tip. I will be working on improvements as the comments roll in. Also, I plan on incorporating...

As cooled filament while printing look much much better I decided to create my own variation so because often changing nozzle (different lengths) my cooler is extendable, nozzle can be lowered or rised depending on nozzle height just sliding up or down. This is first (testing) version so please understand some imperfections :). (printed short version - very fast print speed (150mm)) fill 50% filament 80

This is version 3 of my part cooling fan for the SnapMaker 3D printer. It attaches to the accessory mount that I designed: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2816454 It is designed to be used with a 50mm blower style fan. You will need to power this fan externally. I had to completely ditch the loop around the hotend as it interfered with the stepper motor cooling fan. You should be able to print it without supports as long as your printer is decent at bridging. As always I have included the...

I've created a version 2 with a thicker base and stronger shroud sides. I've also split it down the center so that it prints the walls flat so they can withstand being bent a bit for install. It also fits with a little slack (about 1/32"). I've done this because I've noticed that the original began to warp with heat and I'm guessing that the stress of it holding itself on so tightly also caused warping. This shroud requires you to use standard fan screws instead of the ones included with...

I remixed this as the original one was designed for the first version of the filastruder, I redesigned it for version 2 plus i put a longer arm on it, to keep the fan at least 25mm from the nozzle as if it is too close, it causes the temperature at the nozzle to fluctuate too much causing the manufactured filament to have poor quality due to being extruded too cold, found it works better than the supplied fan mount that came with the kit, also the longer arm allows the bracket to attach behind...

Because a real air con is too expensive and needs a lot of power. I created this aircon box. You need some thermal packs (7,5 x 7,5 x 1,5), a 5x5cm fan and a Battery, providing power for the fan. Right now i am using a 2s Lipo battery with 7,4V. As soon as i get the parts i will change to 9V block. Dont expect any wonders, but it is cooling down a little. *I added a second version without the battery case.
