Well, I made a disc with bigger holes, so the meat will be less "grinded" I made for a "Mondial meat grinder" but you can customize for bigger sises =) Hope you all enjoy it, cause its the first design that I made all by myself hehe! PS: I used 100% infill to be more resistant and to not break during the grinding process.

This is a replacement part for a BOSCH style Kitchenaid. It's used to couple the machine with the worm gear to grind meat or cookie dough. Funnel for manual meat grinder. Since the funnel of the meat grinder has an oval shape with a narrowing, then after printing I corrected the shape of the printed funnel using a construction hair dryer with a temperature of an air stream of 220 C. I put a meat grinder with an additional weight on the funnel and heated the metal with a hairdryer.

This is about the most simple item you can CAD. It's a washer. Quite large to fit behind the screw in a commercial meat grinder. My grinder is an old Hobart model, my grandparents got it from a General Store that was closing. We've always been afraid of losing this part because it would be nearly impossible to replace.

Kitchen Aid's FGA meat grinder has a well-known issue where it creates a "gray goo" as it grinds meat. This "goo" is the result of the 4-blade cutter being too thin for the square shaft it sits on. Therefore the square shaft slowly grinds on the metal cutting disk and creates metal residue that is the "gray goo". This is a sausage suffer designed to fit the KitchenAid sausage suffer attachment. There are, built into the design, some supports that need o be broken off. Incorporating the supports in the design made it much simpler to 3D print. They should be removed from the bottom two keys and made smooth to ensure a flush fit. Thankyou and feel free to leave any recommendations or edits in the comments. Print: I printed mine at .1mm and no supports.

My wife loves her Kitchenaid stand mixer, but hated using the meat grinder attachment because of the tnedancy to shoot meat bits across the room. So, I designed this attachment for her to deflect the ground material into the bowl. It is made to fit snugly on the tightening ring once it is set in place. I printed this out of the PLA I had on hand and it's worked out well for me for over a year.

I found the picture of the of the grinder and had to recreate it. I am a novice - so there may be mistakes. The handle needs to be remade bigger. I will do that soon. UPDATE: (Uploaded handle_02. I haven't printed it yet, so I don't know if it needs custom supports or not.) UPDATE: (Uploaded handle_03. It is resized and given a better curve.) Replacement joint for Boosh MUM4856 meat mincer. Should also work for other models. Analog for part 0603 / 020470 / 00020470 / 9999990029 / N495 / 418076 / 00418076. Needs to be positioned and printed lying as on preview, to increase the stiffness of the shoulders. Otherwise layers can separate and joint will crack during usage. Update 29.08.2019: Added version with solid square bottom, without hexagonal neck. Should work for relatively fragile UV405 resin parts.
