San Francisco native (b. 1945) and resident Darrell Rogers describes how he worked with the Congress on Racial Equality (CORE) in the early 1960s during the lengthy anti-discrimination campaigns that targeted the Palace Hotel, supermarkets, Mel's Drive-in, Auto Row, and other locales in San Francisco. It was a time when racial discrimination in employment was the rule in liberal SF.

The title says it all. This slideshow style film shows how BIG BUSINESS has previously destroyed the United States economy and why it might happen again. This short film is also part of a larger project entitled HIDING IN PLAIN SITE / THE NEWS MEDIA STORY ON THE ISSUE OF ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION. Today this same video could play a part in the Occupy movement that is currently taking place around the world.
