No. 50 /88 /86 -S (1)(A ).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1)(a ) of section 27 of
the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887 and sub-section (1) (a ) of section 105 of the Punjab Tenancy
Act, 1887 , the Governor of Haryana is pleased to confer upon Shri Vimal Chandra , H.C.S., Sub -Divisional
Officer (Civil), Bahadurgarh the powers of a Collector under the said acts , to hear and determine appeals
from the orders and decrees of Assistant Collectors of the 1st and 2nd Grades such powers to be exercised
by, the said Shri Vimal Chandra , H.C.S., within the limits of the Bahadurgarh Sub - Division of the
Rohtak District .

No. 50 /88 /86 -S (I) (B ).- Under the provisions of clause (c ) of Section 3 of the Land Acquisition
Act , 1894, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to appoint Shri Vimal Chandra , H.C.S. , Sub -Divisional
Officer ( Civil), Bahadurgrah , to perform the functions of a Collector under the said act within the limits
of the Bahadurgrah Sub -Division of the Rohtak District.

No. 50/ 88/ 86 -S (1) (C ).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section 2 of section 3 of the
Punjab Restitution of Mortgaged Lands Act, 1938 (Punjab Act IV of 1938 ) the Governor of
Haryana is pleased to invest Shri Vimal Chandra, H.C.S., Sub -Divisional Officer (Civil), Bahadurgarh ,
with the powers of a Collector for the purpose of the aforesaid act, such powers to be exercised
within the limits of Bahadurgarh , Sub -Division of the Rohtak District .

No. 50/88/86- S (1) (D ).— In cxercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 2 of the Punjab
Occupancy Tenants (Vesting of Proprietary Rights ) Act, 1952 , the Governor of Haryana is pleased to
empower Shri Vimal Chandra , H.C.S., Sub -Divisional Officer (Civil), Bahadurgarh , to perform the duties
of a Collector under the said act within the limits of the Bahadurgarh , Sub -Division of the Rohtak
District.

No. 50/88 / 86 -S (1)(E ).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Colonization of
Government Lands Act, 1912 (Punjab Act V of 1912), Shri Vimal Chandra , H.C.S., Sub -Divisional Officer
(Civil), Bahadurgarh , is appointed as a Collector to perform all the functions and exercise all the
powers under sections 17 , 20(3 ), 24, 25 , 26 , 32, 33 and 34 of the said Act within the limits of the

Bahadurgarh , Sub -Division of Rohtak District over the lands to which the said act applies in respect
of the all State owned lands in the Sub-Division under the management of Public Works Department,
Haryana .

ment Notification No. 30 / 19 /84 -JJ (6 ), dated 21st July, 1986 published in Haryana Government
Gazettee Part -I dated 29th July, 1986, the word Failed appearing at Serial No. 1 at page 1 of the
said notification against the name of Shri A. L. Saini, Chief Probation Officer may be read as Passed
with higher standard .
