Notification No. 1109-SW( 4)/97, dated 14th May, 1997 and No. 2622/SW( 4)/97, dated 4th December, 1997
and .No . 1593/SW(4)/ 2000, dated 17th July, 2000 the Govermor of Haryana is pleased to extend the tenure of
State Level Advisory Committee for in depth study of the Scheme of District Rehabilitation Centre , Bhiwani
for the three year w.e.f. 14th May , 2003 to 13th May , 2006 ..

The other terms and conditions of the Committee will be remain in the same.

संख्या 29 /19/ 2003-2 जेजे ( 1).–दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (1974 का अधिनियम 2), की धारा 24 की उप धारा (8) द्वारा प्रदान
की गई शक्तियों तथा इस निमित्त उन्हें समर्थ बनाने वाली सभी अन्य शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , हरियाणा के राज्यपाल , इसके द्वारा , पंजाब
की ओर से निम्नलिखित मामलों के संचालन के लिए श्री पंकज राज गर्ग, उप जिला न्यायवादी, अम्बाला को विशेष लोक अभियोजक के रूप में
नियुक्त करते हैं , अर्थात् :

7. भारतीय दण्ड संहिता की धारा 342/365/323/506/148/149 के अधीन प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट संख्या 59 , दिनांक

11 दिसम्बर, 1999, पुलिस स्टेशन, नूरपूर बेदी ।

2. प्रति मामला 2200/ - रुपये फीस होगी तथा इस सम्बन्ध में अन्य खर्चे भी पंजाब सरकार द्वारा वहन किए जाएंगे ।

3. उसे सिविल सेवाएं नियम जिल्द 1, भाग 1 के अधीन शीर्ष 0070 - अन्य प्रशासनिक सेवाएं में फीस का 1/3 जमा करवाना होगा ।

No. 29 / 19 /2003-2JJ ( 1).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub section (8 ) of Section 24 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act 2 of 1974 ) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf , the Governor of Haryana
hereby appoints Sh . Pankaj RajGarg , Deputy District Attorney, Ambala as a Special Public Prosecutor for conducting
the following cases on the behalf of the State of Punjab , namely :

.1. FIR No. 49, dated 30th September under Section 411/ 295/153- A/IPC Police Station Nurpur.

2. FIR No. 161 , dated 17th September , 2001/02 under Section 452 / 380/ 295 /295A/153A/ 120 - B/ 109/ 411

and 435 IPC PS Morinda.

3. FIR No 15 , dated 18th April , 2002 PS Nurpur Bedi Under Section 295A , IPC .

4. FIR No 54 , dated 20th October, 2001 Under Section 7 E.C. Act PS Nurpur Bedi.

5. FIR No 47 , dated 30th September, 2001 PS Morinda Under Section 27 Arms Act.

6. FIR No 50 , dated 30th October, 2001 Under Section 501/295A / 153A IPC PS Nurpur Bedi.

7. FIR No 59 , dated 11th December, 1999 Under Section 342/365/323/506/148/149 IPC PS Nurpur Bedi.

2. The fee as would be Rs. 2200 /- per case and also other expenses in this regard shall be borne by the Government
of Punjab .

3. He will have to deposit 1/ 3rd of the fee in the receipt head 0070 - Other Administrative Services, under rule
5.58 of Civil Service rules Volume- I, Part -I .
